I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The modern and stylish newer rooms were clean and orderly, offering a pleasant stay, but the extremely small older rooms need updating to match the newer ones. The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff, especially Attilio and Claudia, who went out of their way to offer advice and even sheltered our bikes indoors. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the old town and the lake, making it convenient for exploring. The dining experience was decent, with a good buffet selection, but mainly catered to German guests, limiting options for others. Overall, a stay with positives and room for improvement.
